All rates are for 2 person occupancy. Each additional person is $25/night

2 nights minimum stay required for weekends
3 nights for holiday weekends and special events.

Deposits
Prepayment in full required for one night's lodging to guarantee your reservation.  Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit.  The balance of your account is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less a handling fee of $20 per room will be made for reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will forfeit the deposit if the rooms cannot be filled.
